At first, the white, chunky, and strong-smelling material looked like a jellyfish to her, but it was actually a product of pollution. It was a “fatberg,” a lump resembling an iceberg but is made up of solid fat that accumulated after cooking oil combines with trash. These are really toxic because they are filled with bacteria.
