Their close friends and family are already clearing out their hectic schedules for the much-awaited occasion but the groom-to-be’s best bud might not make it – Luis Manzano. The actor was recently interviewed by the Philippine Entertainment Portal. He revealed that he might not really be able to attend due to a previous appointment. The “I Can See Your Voice” host informed PEP.ph that Billy already knew about his alleged-no-show on his most important day.
